We stepped back in time today, opting for a steam train ride on a heritage railway, known as the
Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway, which was once an important main line route that was all but destroyed nearly 30 years ago. Since then volunteers have rebuilt ten miles of the line and are currently generating funds to extend another five miles. We started our journey from Toddington Station.
The train ran for ten miles through the beautiful countryside we have come to adore with it's rolling hills and lush green vegetation.
Sweet - a nice photo without bunny ears (from Jayden)! More photos
