We packed up, loaded the car and set sail for Dublin. A last minute souvenir grab. One stop at Butlers Chocolate Cafe where I grabbed a few of these to send home from Paris (if they make it that far - haha). Jayden got a seriously huge chocolate chip cookie.
And Sofie a 2.90 euro chocolate-vanilla cupcake which we referred to as the "five dollar cupcake."
We then met Melanie (a workmate of Dave's) at the Arlington Hotel, Temple Bar for a brew or two and lunch. Mel is on leave and travelling for a few months. It was nice to see a familiar face and catch up on all the goss ;)
We're now at Bewley's Hotel near Dublin Airport awaiting our departure to Paris tomorrow morning.
